How can I place an order?
For each product that you see in the webshop you can choose ' Add to Cart '. First, choose a number, color and/or size of the product, after which you can place the product in the shopping cart. By clicking on ' shopping cart ' you see the content, and the step in which you're located in the order process (step 1 of 4). At every step explains what needs to be done, and when you perform the payment (iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna). After going through all the steps is placed the order and you will get a confirmation by e-mail.

Are all products in stock in the webshop?
In principle all products in the webshop is actually in stock, unless otherwise indicated. For each product, you can also see exactly how much we still have in stock (subject to change), this is also useful if you wish to buy multiple quantities of the same product.
How can I pay in the webshop?
In the shopping cart you can directly choose the payment method. At DubbelopShop you can safely and easily pay via iDEAL, PayPal and Klarna. After we have received the payment, your order will be packed and sent within 2 weeks, often it is possible to send it quicker so please send a message if needed. Would you rather pay afterwards or do you have a company? Please contact us to pay by invoice. You can also pay on pickup, after making an appointment with us.
Can my order be wrapped as a gift?
Of course! Write it down in your shopping cart at step 2 under ' comments ' that you like it to be wrapped as a gift, and DubbelopShop will take care of it for free.
Can I get a discount on my order?
Once in a while DubbelopShop gives discount codes, which are valid for a certain period. If you wish to be kept informed about discount codes you can enrol for the newsletter. Of course, you can also use a gift certificate of DubbelopShop as a discount on your order.
Can I pay with a gift voucher?
Yes, you can also pay with the DubbelopShop gift certificate. You can easily order in the webshop. The gift certificate will be sent to in a beautiful envelope. On the gift certificate you can find a code that you can add to the shopping cart, after adding the code you see the right amount right away.
Can I view the products somewhere?
View all products in webshop, with various pictures and information about the products. DUBBELOP is a Studio with irregular hours. By appointment you can come and see the products for real. Would you like more information or pictures of a particular product? Do not hesitate and send us an email.
Do colors of the items in the Webshop always correspond to the delivered products?
Of course, but it remains hand work! Also the color on a picture will look different on every screen. There is a lot of attention to the photography of the products in the webshop. Unfortunately, no rights can be derived.
Can I use the pictures of the products for my own website or webshop?
No, most pictures of the products are submitted by Glastra photography and Dubbelop. In these pictures is copyrighted by Dubbelop and/or Glastra photography, and may not be used without permission. If you want a picture to use for publication you can get in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the shipping costs?
All orders are sent via PostNL and DubbelopShop uses the default rates of PostNL. DubbelopShop has a free shipping for orders > €75 for The Netherlands and > €100 for Belgium.
When will my order be delivered?
After receipt of the payment (or right after you order, when you select payment method) the order will be made ready for shipment and sent through. Delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We try always to notify you when there is a delay. Orders are shipped via PostNL, and DubbelopShop is not responsible for any delay on the go. Also during the holidays in december your order may take longer than normal. Unfortunately, the delivery time is not legally binding.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, that is possible. You can specify a different delivery address with your order.
Do you also deliver orders abroad?
At this time, send in Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If you reside in another country and wonder if you also can order with us, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and then see what we can do for you! Again, we use the standard rates of PostNL that you can find on the website.
Complaints & returns
I have received a faulty product, what now?
Take as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours), with a clear picture of the broken article, via firstname.lastname@example.org. DubbelopShop will then contact you as soon as possible to resolve it.
Can I exchange or return?
Of course! It is important that you are satisfied with the service and are pleased with the products. You can return this product within 14 days after receiving the items. This condition can also be found in the terms and conditions. The return-form can be downloaded here.
Keep us informed about you return via email@example.com, so that we know we can expect a return package. An e-mail with the necessary information (name, order number, bank account number), possibly you may fill out the return-form and add to your return. Pack the undamaged product well and protected in original packaging, to prevent damage. Upon receipt in good order, you will receive the purchase price of the relevant product within 14 days back. I have a complaint, to whom can I address?
If you have a complaint about the service, the products or anything else, please let us know! Customer satisfaction is very importent for us. If the complaint is about a defect with regard to an item that you have purchased at the DubbelopShop, we like to receive an e-mail with a clear picture of the item in which the nature of the complaint is visible. You can send this complaint in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and your complaint will be treated (within 14 days of receipt) and will be resolved satisfactorily.
Who has made the design of the Web shop?
It is a private design of DUBBELOP.
